All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information
must be followed.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will not be eligible for an exchange. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you.
You can return unused items within 30 days of ship date for a refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. The refund will include the retail price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will not be eligible for an exchange.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable. Refunds can only be issued against the credit card used on the original order.
